REGARDING SHIPPING:
1. When faced with a delayed package delivery, exercising patience before contacting us is crucial. Understanding that delays can happen due to various factors like weather conditions, logistical issues, or high shipping volumes allows for a smoother resolution process and a more satisfactory outcome overall.
2. PLEASE CONTACT USPS/UPS FIRST BEFORE CONTACTING US. A lost package is defined by USPS as 7 days past anticipated delivery date/UPS is 24 hours after delivery window. Of course, if there are circumstances that could extend this such as inclement weather etc. then this could be longer.
3. If the above mentioned time period has elapsed and your package remains un-delivered or lost, we can assist with providing the information needed in order for you to file a claim with the appropriate courier. You are also welcome to initiate a claim with the appropriate courier on your own behalf.
4. We will NOT refund or replace for lost, or late packages. We take great care in not only preparing our orders with love, but also shipping all orders in a timely manner. Once packages leave our facility, we have zero control over what occurs thereafter. 
5. If your mail status shows "SHIPPING LABEL CREATED" but there has not been a scan for various days, rest assured, your package has been picked up. We ONLY create shipping labels either the day before, or day of your package being dispatched. If your package is not correctly scanned, then unfortunately this is also out of our control.
